Do you offer self check-in?
Yes.  All UrbanHeim apartments offer secure self check-in instructions for a smooth and flexible arrival experience.

Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?
 We understand travel schedules vary. While subject to availability, we do our best to accommodate these requests. Please contact us in advance.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Wise, M-Pesa, cash payments in KES, and bank deposits.

Which documents do I need?
You will need a valid Kenyan national ID. If you are not Kenyan, a valid passport is required.

Are parties allowed?
UrbanHeim promotes comfortable and peaceful stays for all guests, so loud parties and excessive noise are not permitted inside the apartments. However, our furnished one-bedroom apartment in Kilimani offers a private barbecue area available for rent for under $20 until 6 PM. The space comes with a barbecue grill and comfortable seating, making it perfect for a relaxed gathering with friends and family. Please note that alcohol and loud music are not allowed in the barbecue area. For more information or booking inquiries, feel free to reach out to our team.

Is security available?
Yes. Most properties have 24/7 security features such as gated access, guards, and CCTV in public areas.

Do you provide Wi-Fi?
Absolutely. High-speed Wi-Fi is included in all stays at no extra cost. We offer smart tvs too with Netflix subscription at each property. 

Can I stay for a month or longer?
Yes. We offer discounted rates for extended stays and corporate bookings.

Do your properties have backup power?
Yes. All Urbanheim properties are located in areas with reliable backup power to help ensure a comfortable and uninterrupted stay, even during occasional power outages.

Is there a cleaning service during my stay?
Complimentary cleaning is provided twice a week, depending on your stay, or additional cleaning can be arranged upon request. We aim to maintain a sustainable and environmentally conscious approach to our housekeeping services.

Are the properties pet-friendly?
To maintain our high standards, we typically maintain a strict no-pet policy, though exceptions may be made for specific residences.

Can I pay on arrival?
Yes, you can pay on arrival. However, properties are not reserved without a confirmed paid booking. Paid and confirmed bookings are always given priority and guaranteed entry. To ensure a smooth and comfortable stay, we strongly recommend making an advance reservation, especially during high seasons when we are often fully booked.

Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available at all our properties.
