We accept PayPal, Wise, M-Pesa, cash payments in KES, and bank deposits. Payment options may vary depending on the property and booking arrangements.

Which documents do I need to book and stay at an UrbanHeim property?

You will need a valid Kenyan national ID. If you are not Kenyan, a valid passport is required.

Are parties allowed?

UrbanHeim promotes comfortable and peaceful stays for all guests, so loud parties and excessive noise are not permitted inside the apartments.

However, our one bedroom apartment in Kilimani near Yaya Centre offers a private barbecue area available for rent for under $20 until 6 PM. The space comes with a barbecue grill and comfortable seating, making it ideal for a relaxed gathering with friends and family.

Please note that alcohol and loud music are not allowed in the barbecue area. For more information or booking inquiries, please contact our team.

Is security available?
